Busquen un momento sin apuro. Pueden sumar luz tenue, música suave y un espacio cómodo.
Todo lo que se proponga es una invitación. Cualquiera puede decir “pausa” o “no” en cualquier momento.
El foco está en la experiencia, el intercambio y lo que emerge entre dos personas en el presente.
Según la combinación, uno propone/guía y el otro recibe/acompaña. Dejen que el juego marque el ritmo.
Si algo no les cierra, ajusten. La idea es que el juego abra posibilidades, no que los encierre.
Al terminar, tómense 2 minutos para decir qué les gustó y qué les gustaría explorar la próxima vez.
